We know that delays happen from time to time and we’ll always try our best to help. However, we also need to make sure the practice runs fairly and on time for everyone.
Here’s how we manage late arrivals:

If you’re less than 10 minutes late
We’ll try to see you as close to your original appointment time as possible. You may need to wait, but we’ll see you as soon as we can. -
If you’re 10 to 20 minutes late
As you’ve arrived late, we must continue to see patients who arrived on time first. You will be able to be seen at the end of the surgery list but there may be a considerable wait. If a gap opens up during the surgery, we may be able to call you in earlier.
We recommend rebooking your appointment if you’re unable to wait. -
If you’re more than 20 minutes late
Unfortunately, you will be asked to rebook your appointment.
